Neighbors Cafe is a second-floor hideaway in Taipei created with the intention of making people feel at home. As co-founder and brand designer, I led the development of the brand from the ground up—shaping everything from the interior mood to the smallest tactile details, like the curve of a mug or the layout of the handwritten menu.

The brand identity centers on comfort, community, and quiet ritual. Every element—from packaging to posters—was thoughtfully designed to reflect a sense of warmth and familiarity. I collaborated with my partner to design a space that invites conversation and slowness, bringing those values to life visually and spatially.

Beyond physical design, I also directed content and creative strategy, curating social media, designing merchandise, and leading community initiatives. We host regular events and pop-ups that deepen our connection with locals and partners, allowing Neighbors to grow from a neighborhood cafe into a living brand experience rooted in human connection.
